Equipment

Every student is expected to bring the following basic items of equipment to every lesson:

• Pen(s), Pencil(s), Ruler, Rubber, Colours, Pencil Sharpener
• Scientific Calculator
• Compasses, Protractor
• Pocket Dictionary (eg. Oxford, Collins)
• Reading Book

Scientific calculators can be purchased from the Maths Department

The Student Planner

Every student is given a Student Planner on arrival. They are the first point of contact between home and school. All emergency numbers should be given to the school office and also to be written in the planner. You should tell the school office if your home or mobile numbers change during the year. They also contain information about the School, including a map, and school rules . The planner is an important means of communication for parents with the Learning Tutor.
